With Baby Brother's help, Little Bunny chooses the smallest Christmas tree in the lot. Back at home, the family decorates their tree, and Little Bunny is delighted that she can put the star on top by herself. The predominately red and green illustrations reinforce the holiday motif. The story is unapologetically sweet, which may put off some readers.
