Tudor's counting book makes an acceptable, if marginal, board book. This abridged edition contains the first half of the original Caldecott Honor book: from one to ten. Tudor's delicate illustrations are a bit more difficult to make out in the smaller format, but the simplicity of the counting rhyme and the clarity of the images makes this suitable for the audience.
