(3) YA Rosaline is staying with her friend Eleanor’s family at an exclusive overnight summer camp. There, she meets Aydin, a cute guy who’ll be at her school in the fall and -- bonus! -- is Turkish American, like her. Ros will do anything to win Aydin’s affection, including betraying Eleanor -- and it’s not the first time she’s let a friend down. It’s often difficult to feel sympathy for Ros on her rocky journey of self-examination and reflection, but her ultimate decision to do the right thing feels well-earned.
