Illustrated by
Alexandra Boiger.
This new adventure about magical Mrs. Piggle-Wiggle began as an unpublished story found after MacDonald's death. Canham (MacDonald's daughter) added chapters to round out Mrs. Piggle-Wiggle's bad-behavior "cures" (e.g., the Afraid-to-Try Cure). The stories are similar to the originals but do include a sometimes awkward mix of contemporary and 1950s styles (also occasionally apparent in Boiger's surehanded black-and-white illustrations).
