(3) 4-6 Countries of the World series. These books offer fairly comprehensive overviews of each country's geography, wildlife, history, culture, and government. There are lots of well-chosen photos; full-page historical, physical, political, and ecological maps are easy to read and understand. These are good supplementary resources for libraries.
