(3) K-3 Illustrated by Carolina Farías. Nacho is a muchacho who only eats gazpacho, until the day his mother decides to teach him to cook. The funny rhyming text seamlessly blends Spanish and English, and although the foods may be unfamiliar to many kids, the picky eater's plight is instantly relatable. Farías's rich acrylic and watercolor illustrations are mouthwatering--luckily, a recipe is included. Spanish glossary appended.
