A sister instructs her younger brother on the proper care and feeding (read: manipulation) of parents. Her lessons include how to get chips and cookies for lunch, how to stay up late, and ways to "maybe" get a puppy. Cartoon illustrations in muted colors underscore the tongue-in-cheek humor (though the one-note joke goes on too long).
