The final chapter provides an honest summary of his career as a politician. The focus then shifts to a chronological recounting of each man's life, including information on childhood, early careers, and accomplishments and problems while in office. Strengths as well as weaknesses are related, with personal flaws and foibles presented in proper journalistic fashion, with little editorializing.
