In this sequel to And Then Everything Unraveled, Delia's previously feared-dead mother is hiding out in South America, and Delia's pretty sure her new boyfriend's father is involved. She tries to figure out who's out to get Mom, even going to Argentina to track her down. The mystery and quirky characters will continue to please fans of the first book.

But Delia, unconvinced by the accepted story, resolves to learn the truth about her mom's disappearance. An engrossing mystery follows, full of conspiracy and wacky characters, but isn't resolved, leaving readers impatient for a sequel.
