Illustrated by
Purificación Hernández.
Using only dialogue and surprisingly few words, Manushkin creates an entertaining rhyme about twin panda sisters and their mother. The book follows a day for these zoo-dwellers, as the sisters play; squabble; and eat bamboo for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. "'Zebras eat hay.' 'Boo! Boo! Pewwww!' 'I'm so glad we chew bamboo.'" Easy-to-parse digital illustrations with speech balloons showcase the twins' shenanigans.
