Julie Paschkis.
Using pared-down, present-tense text, Rodríguez introduces the innovative Spanish architect, including his childhood influences. Gaudí's use of flowing naturalistic forms and colorful tiles is faithfully depicted in Paschkis's bright, sinuous gouache art (although the pictures lack the contrast that Gaudí's buildings have in the world). Still, this book should have plenty of appeal and relevance to young drip-castle creators. Websites. Bib.
