Illustrated by
Georg Hallensleben.
Both these stories about the two friends are narrated by Lisa. In Rainy Day, Gaspard and Lisa climb in and out of trouble at Grandma's house while searching for rainy day activities. Baby Sister finds Lisa adjusting to life with newborn Lila--eventually even liking her new sister. The pleasantly busy and richly colored illustrations are a good match for the cheery stories. [Review covers these titles: Gaspard and Lisa's Rainy Day and Lisa's Baby Sister.]
