PSHarper Growing Tree series.
Illustrated by
R. W. Alley.
A preschooler tells her baby brother all the things she can do and announces that she'll teach him as he grows. The text is a rhyming list of achievements: "I can color a picture yellow and red. I can build a tower high as my head." The illustrations humorously depict the chaos--the aforementioned picture is drawn on the wall and the tower is precariously made from blocks, a pot, and a high-heeled shoe.
