In this follow-up to Hooray for Hat! and Hooray for Today!, Turtle searches for his favorite book, then remembers he shared it with Zebra, who shared it with Owl, and so on. Anticlimactic page breaks don't reveal the new animal at the same time as the text. However, the colorful illustrations lend characters warmth and personality consistent with their eagerness to share books.
