The tyrannosaurus prowls, attacks, sleeps, fends off another tyrannosaurus, and attacks an edmontosaurus. Despite a few confusing pronouns, the straightforward text conveys a day in the life of this prehistoric carnivore. The detailed illustrations manage to be both realistic and nonsensationalistic.
