When the wind blows a crown past sheep Louis, he puts it on and becomes King Louis I. With a branch scepter and a tree throne, his fantasies of governing become more and more grandiose until he turns into a fascist despot. Then the wind takes his crown away, showing the random nature of power. Affecting pictures are both humorous and sobering.
