Dachshund Nugget thinks he's too small. The upshot: he fits through the cat flap and learns to explore the city. When his Great Dane pal recommends "a great view," Nugget finds the bridge and realizes, "being small is not such a big problem after all." The Swiss import's plot is tame and its writing sometimes stilted, but the dachshund's-eye-view cityscapes can be eye-catching.
