Paisley Hanover Acts Out

(4) YA Illustrated by Alli Arnold. Popular-girl Paisley is dismayed to be stuck in a drama class filled with weirdoes. As she gets to know them, she discovers maybe it's better to be yourself than it is to be popular. The dialogue is forced, but Paisley's concerns about finding herself are realistic. The over eighty pages of doodles and notes that end the novel seem unnecessary.
