Detective Sensible Hare (whose "feet were as fast as kung fu") is approached by lovely Mazy Rabbit to help locate her missing carrot-filled suitcase. With the assistance of pal Ottoman Otter, Sensible is ultimately successful. In this offbeat noir story, the details are quirky (sometimes forcedly so) and the humor is frenetic. Tidy black-and-white drawings illustrate the goings-on.
