The textured acrylic and aerosol spray paint illustrations help the colorful sea creatures in the underwater world stand out with their unusual features, including the largest one, who wears a top hat, bowtie, and pocket watch and carries an umbrella—a.k.a. the not-so-scary-after-all “monster.”
