Lightning Catcher series.
In the quartet's conclusion, Scabious Dankhart is poised to destroy the lightning catchers. Angus believes their only hope lies in his weather-related powers, but they've gone dormant. Action sequences can be difficult to follow and the plot relies heavily on coincidence, but the fast pace, humor, and puzzles are just as strong in the series' finale as in the beginning.

Lightning Catcher series.
After a storm filled with the seven deadliest kinds of weather explodes over the castle where his kidnapped parents are imprisoned, Angus is frantic to figure out how what caused it and if his parents are all right. Though little happens until the end of this third book, Cameron draws out enough tension and humor to keep readers interested.

Lightning Catcher series.
Angus and friends are back in the sequel to The Lightning Catcher, looking for the Lightning Heart in order to stop whoever is attacking their school with frigid weather and ice crystals that can freeze a person solid. Though it relies on boarding-school-story conventions, this fast-paced romp is buoyed by humor and a suspenseful mystery.
