Pink & Green series.
In her third book, Lucy faces problems that will be familiar to many junior-high readers. Princess Pink and the Land of Fake-Believe series.
In this second book, Princess Pink travels through her refrigerator to the Land of Fake-Believe where she reconnects with Moldylocks and meets Scaredy-Pants Wolf, a weepy baker whose pies are disappearing. They follow and trick a red-caped duck to solve the mystery. The wacky, frenetically paced tale unfolds in brief text, speech bubbles, and very brightly colored cartoons. Discussion questions are appended.
