Mouse, Mole, and the Falling Star

(4) PS Illustrated by John Bendall-Brunello. Mouse and Mole are best friends until they quarrel over a falling star: each wants to wish on it. After a long separation, they realize that, in Mouse's words, "We don't need a star. We have each other." Benjamin's lesson about friendship is worthy, though not very subtle. The pleasant illustrations focus on the two animals and their feelings.
