Taking Care of Sister Bear

(4) K-3 Illustrated by Ulises Wensell. Little Bear, hardly more than a toddler himself, thinks having a baby sister is a pain. She requires all his mother's attention and knocks over his blocks. However, when his sister disappears while he is babysitting, he realizes how much he loves her. The fuzzy round bears in the pastel illustrations add warmth to the too predictable story.
