When Victor and Butch, two small dogs, go on a cruise with their owners, they try to copy the manners of the Captain's snobbish dog, Lord Laa-Di-Dah. However, it's hard work trying to be snooty, and the dogs find just being themselves is more fun. The illustrations are playful, but the story line is not well developed.
