Dressed in superhero costumes, the Bear siblings pretend to fight neighborhood "villains." The friendly bad guys (a.k.a. the mailbear, sanitation collectors, utility worker) play along with the cubs, who end up being real heroes when they help an injured friend. The slim story is pumped up by nods to well-known comic-book characters. The illustrations are what one expects from the franchise.
