In the third book, a hurricane strands Gemma in the Hamptons with her best friend; her crush; two ex-boyfriends; her nemesis, Hallie; as well as Gemma's dad, who's--surprise!--just married Hallie's mom. Gemma joins forces with Hallie to break up their parents while also sorting out her own romantic relationships. This well-paced and suitably dramatic series conclusion gives its characters a fitting, happily-ever-after sendoff.
