After Monkey finds a rainbow, he carries it to his animal friends, not realizing that the rainbow is extracting color: eventually, "the entire rain forest was gray!" Chandler spells out the moral--the perils of greed--on high volume, but the fluffy art offers a nice final touch: when color is restored, the animals have brand-new hues. Suggestions for adults are appended.
