Mya, Oliver, and Jorge's adventure through time wraps up in this final graphic novel. The kids work together to save what's left of the island while reflecting on big events of their lives. Though this volume is over-focused on tying up loose ends, each character's flashback adds some emotional weight to the series arc; fans of the Poptropica gaming franchise should be satisfied.

In this third installment, a mysterious group called the Protectors reveals Poptropica's secrets to Oliver, Mya, and Jorge. With this new knowledge, the kids try to stop adversary Octavian from using the magical map he stole from them to change history. Dialogue and scene transitions are a bit choppy, but the added depth of a backstory will please fans of the graphic novel series and the related online game.

Armed with a mystical map, Oliver, Mya, and Jorge continue their journey around the islands of Poptropica. The trio soon finds itself lost and pursued by Octavian, who wants the map, and another more mysterious villain who wants the kids off the islands. The fast-paced plot is confusing at times, but this second small graphic novel should please fans of the gaming franchise.
