Ruby always wants "just one more" of everything until her request for another scoop of ice cream ends in disaster. Afterward, she agrees (mostly) that one can be enough. All those requests for more will likely resonate with readers; Rolli presents a familiar situation with humor and affection. Over-the-top oil paintings contain close-ups of Ruby's wide-open eyes and wild hair, reflecting her enthusiasm.
