Colored by Sam Hart and Flavio Costa. Lettered by Cadu Simões. This graphic novel presentation of the life of Joan of Arc begins with Joan facing death. The narrative then flashes back to her childhood and first vision through her years fighting for France until her death by burning at the stake. The art effectively uses light and shadow to dramatic effect. Published as fiction, the book lacks any notes or biographical information.

In graphic novel form, this volume presents the story of King Arthur, from the events leading to his birth through his final battle with Mordred. Many of the stories and characters from the Arthur mythos are included (not always in familiar form). The art uses color and shadow to good effect in depicting the sometimes gritty, sometimes mystical realm of Arthurian legend.

Colorized by Artur Fujita. Robin Hood's tale is presented in graphic novel format. The telling is darker than conventional versions with some violent action scenes and story elements. The artists mirror this in their comic-style illustrations in which shadow, rather than light, is used to define features.
