Aimed at newly independent young adults, Arden's advice, which touches on healthy lifestyles, mature relationships, sexuality, and--largely--living on one's own, will barely be useful to the younger teens at whom the prose, if not the information, seems pitched. Still, Rose's following may appreciate the approachable tone.
