In this homage to her fraternal twin, Voake shows how little Simon and Charlotte behave quite differently but "like each other just the way they are." The lively children are outlined with heavy black-ink brush strokes that contrast with the softer watercolors of their clothes and toys and with the creamy ivory-colored paper. The clean typeface is also inviting.
