In a simple, appealing text, a young girl celebrates life by dancing. Each double-page spread shows an element from nature--"a cat stretching in the sun," the sun itself, clouds, birds, etc.--while the facing page shows the young girl executing a dance move representing the natural phenomenon. In the colored-pencil illustrations, the girl is surrounded by white space and seems, appropriately, to float on the page.
