In this attractive book, a brother and sister bring their problems to their parents in the form of a song--"It's mine, it's mine! I had it first! What are we going to do?"--and their parents provide a rhyming solution. The incidents will ring a bell with readers, but because each question is posed twice in a row, the format becomes tedious. However, the handsome design and art, which uses oil paint and stencils on velveteen, is handsome.
