On the final leg of her quest to return the lost evils into their box, Pandora and her companions must make their way through Hades in search of Fear. As in the previous installments, this volume keeps the mood light and entertaining, though the silliness and slapstick humor tends to overwhelm the narrative at times.

With her ancient companions, Pandy (Pandora) continues her quest to return the lost evils to her box, this time searching for Greed in Rome. The contemporary teen idioms persist in this installment, and the plot meanders a bit to focus on the teens' personal problems. The characterizations of Greco-Roman gods are slapstick, which fans of the humorous series will expect--and enjoy. Glos.

In ancient Greece, the adventure continues for Pandora (a.k.a. Pandy) and her friends as they set out to capture and return Lust to Pandy's famed box. Interactions with gods and goddesses and many hijinks keep the plot moving, though the action lags in the middle and modern teen slang will quickly date the book. The power of the four protagonists' friendship is the emotional lynchpin of this story. Glos.

In their third story, ancient Grecians Pandora, Iole, Alcie, and Homer go on another totally cool quest. They've already tackled Jealousy and Vanity; this time it's Laziness. Pandy and her friends try to stay one step ahead of Hera while rectifying an awful mistake. The self-consciously cheeky romp liberally applies teen slang (sometimes forced) and girl-power bonding to ancient Greek adventure.

Thirteen-year-old Pandora and her friends head to ancient Egypt to hunt down the next in the series of evils she accidentally released during show-and-tell at school: vanity. Full of forced teen slang and girl-power bonding, this sequel to Pandora Gets Jealous has a rollicking start with two exciting storms and flirtations with the poet Homer (who is, like, totally dreamy). Glos.
