The cheerful texts are peppered with gratuitous exclamation points ("Taylor spent two years writing songs for 1989!") and accompanied by stock photos and "Did You Know?" boxes. The texts are clear but choppy: "In 2014 Williams released a solo album. He also became a singing coach for The Voice. It is a reality TV show." Generously illustrated with stock photos, these serviceable biographies chronicle the personal and professional lives of the celebrity entertainers, including awards, hit songs and albums, and charitable work. Miley (dryly) discusses the controversy surrounding the performer; fans may also be surprised to learn the extent of Williams's career as a producer.
